What is Weight Loss Coaching?
Weight loss coaching is so much more than tracking calories or following strict meal plans—it’s about understanding you. I help women uncover the “why” behind their habits, build awareness around their relationship with food, and create lasting changes that feel natural, not forced. Through coaching, we explore mindset, emotions, and daily routines so you can finally step out of the cycle of dieting and into a healthier, more confident version of yourself.

Discovery Session
In our first session, we’ll take time to talk about your goals, what’s been holding you back, and how you truly want to feel in your body and in your life. It’s a chance to pause, reflect, and begin creating a vision that feels authentic to you.
Coaching Sessions
After our initial session, we will meet regularly—either weekly or biweekly—to work on building awareness around your habits, uncovering the emotions or beliefs that drive them, and creating sustainable changes that last. Our sessions are a safe space to explore your relationship with food, your body, and your mindset, with ongoing guidance and accountability to help you stay on track.
Coaching isn’t about restriction or perfection—it’s about helping you trust yourself again, feel confident in your choices, and build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food and your body.
